Terms & Conditions of Membership

1. Membership is non-transferable.

2. Payment for goods and services for in:spa events or products is due at time of order.

3. All such payments should be made to inspa retreats ltd.

4. in:spa will not sell or pass on any of your personal details to any third parties under any circumstances without your prior written consent. in:spa treats all members' personal information as strictly private. In:spa is registered under the Data Protection Act, company registration number 4511292

5. Membership to in:spa may be terminated by the member at any time, but there will be no refund by in:spa for any unused portion of courses or classes already booked and paid for by the member.

6. Your membership to in:spa may be terminated by in:spa at any time.

7. From time to time in:spa, via its own communications with members, may provide you with information and special offers from its partners, affiliates and subsidiaries. In:spa is not responsible for any transactions between members and its partners, affiliates or subsidiaries, or for the products or services from any such third parties purchased by members.

8. in:spa reserves the right to charge for certain classes, demonstrations or other special events should you choose to attend, and will publish a calendar of events online. in:spa may cancel or postpone events at any time subject to demand from members. If events are cancelled or postponed, in:spa will offer members a full refund for the event in question. Members may cancel their event bookings up to 7 days in advance and will be refunded in full. However, there are no refunds for courses or for parts of courses missed.

9. Your place at an event is only secured by payment in advance, if payment is due. For most of the events payments will be due to Inspa Retreats Ltd, but with certain events, our partner hosting companies may request payment directly, in which case their own payment conditions shall apply.

10. All routine membership communications by the in:spa membership services team to members will be by email and will also be published on our website.

11. Members are given special private access to the 'members only' section of the web site, in order to access our full recipe archive, nutritional tips etc. This is password protected and is for members' use only.

12. in:spa requests that members kindly keep us notified of any changes to their email address.

13. Terms and conditions of membership may vary from time to time and in:spa reserves the right to make such changes at any time at its own discretion without prior notice.

14. A person may only come as a member's guest for a maximum of two events in the club calendar per year. Guests wishing to come for more events will need to become an in:spa club member.

15. in:spa does its best to ensure that all information and news on the website is accurate at the time it is added to the website. However in:spa cannot guarantee that the information is accurate and it shall not be liable for any loss or damage that anyone may suffer in reliance on the information on this website. Links within this website may lead to other websites and in:spa assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other websites to which this website has links. Any contract for goods or services entered through such websites (or by phone or by personal visit) will be made with the owners or controllers of those of those websites and not with in:spa.

16. One to one personal training, yoga instruction, massages, consultations and other private sessions will be booked and paid for by the member directly with the in:spa practitioner or therapist selected. Bookings must all be made directly to the members' chosen practitioner or therapist, and will be subject to the practitioner or therapists' own terms and conditions.
