There are many ways we can work with your company to provide proven educational and practical wellness solutions for your employees.  To assist you in envisaging how in:spa can improve the well-being of your workforce and foster camaraderie amongst your team(s), please see some sample options below:

1 or 2 day programmes

We put together a tailored one or two day programme centered around nutrition, a fundamental pillar of the in:spa ethos.  Through group seminars and Q&A sessions, we will give your employees a basic understanding of how small changes to how and what they eat can optimize energy levels and reduce stress levels.  Stress management through fitness and relaxation will also form a key part of this programme and you will have the option to include practical fitness or yoga sessions, as well as be shown how delicious food can taste without all the common stimulants and allergens.

mini executive retreat: a 3 to 4 day condensed in:spa retreat

Why not take a group of your employees away for a mini-break where they can truly experience the primary benefits of an in:spa health and fitness retreat, as well as learn how to incorporate healthy eating, exercise and relaxation into their everyday lives.  The mini-retreat involves individual nutrition consultations, group nutrition talks, individual and group fitness sessions, yoga and massage.  The group activities can double up as team building opportunities to maximize the time spent away from the office. In order to capitalize on the benefits of a mini-retreat, in:spa will (a) provide pre-retreat guidelines to prepare everyone and (b) provide notes and support to ensure participants can carry on living more healthily post-retreat. 

one week tailored retreat

This is the opportunity to send a group of your employees away to partake in a health, fitness, wellbeing and team building retreat (with a charitable option too, if required).  The one week program is designed to help you achieve three key objectives:

  • educate your employees on wellbeing, fitness and general health and provide them with the knowledge and tools to put into place some key changes and to achieve a better work/life balance;
  • actually become healthier and fitter, and learn how to stay that way;
  • provide structured team building opportunities amongst your employees at all levels through participating together as well as getting to know each other better outside of the work environment.
