Our chateau is a truly unique fairytale castle set in beautiful Provencal landscape. Located just outside the village of Cotignac, voted 'the most charming in Provence' you will enjoy the unspoilt countryside just as much as the glamorous lifestyle of the Cote D'Azur. St Tropez is just 40 kms away.
The chateau is a haven of luxury living, set in 200 hectares of vines, olive groves, forests and hills, with more stunning landscape beyond. There's a fabulous 30m swimming pool in the gardens, with lots of comfy sun loungers.
Inside the castle, the original period features have been combined with 21st century technology to create a very special destination for your in:spa retreat. The bedrooms are all extremely comfortable, almost all with ensuite bathrooms, and stocked with L'Occitane toiletries.
The expert team of in:spa specialists on hand for your holiday includes yoga teachers, massage therapists, nutritionists, chefs, and personal trainers who are there to guide you and ensure maximum benefits for all our guests, such as weight-loss, improved fitness, stress relief and a heightened sense of wellbeing. Every day at in:spa is inspiring and unique, but to get an idea of how a day may be structured, read on.
This day starts with a delicious, fresh, cleansing juice and a choice of a yoga class or circuit training as the sun warms the landscape. By breakfast time you will be feeling supple and energised and ready for fresh fruit, home made muesli and freshly squeezed juices. An excellent kick-start for both your day and your health and fitness plans. We may then head out for a morning of hiking, enjoying the exhilaration of the walk, the stunning scenery, and the classic aromas of the Cote D'Azur. These activities will invigorate your body and stimulate your metabolism and are tailored to all levels of fitness so everyone can join in at their own pace.
After a light, fresh, detoxifying lunch, the afternoons are varied and, depending on the day and your personal in:spa programme may include small group yoga instruction, personal fitness training or nutritional consultations. In addition, a regular massage will help to relax, restore and prepare you for the week's activities. There will also be time to soak up the sun by the swimming pool, play some tennis or take a trip down to the beach.
Dinners are a showcase of delicious, fresh, cleansing cuisine. Dress is relaxed and informal.
