Built in 1855, Cowley Manor is a luxury hotel set in 55 acres of private gardens and home to the award winning C-Side spa. Located in the beautiful Cotswold's and just a hop from London, Cowley Manor has won numerous accolades, and has recently undergone a full refurbishment by British and International designers making this an ultra cool hang out.
Combine this with the in:spa team of specialists including nutritionists, fitness trainers, masseurs and inspirational yoga professionals and this becomes the ultimate in mini retreats. With the in:spa dream team and with four days of gourmet, cleansing cuisine combined with yoga, hiking, outdoor exercise and fabulous spa treatments, you will leave feeling recharged and much, much healthier.
Guests are invited to arrive in time for tea at 3pm on Sunday, and depart on Wednesday after lunch. Each guest will enjoy daily hikes and yoga classes, daily circuit training, an individual personal training session, 2 massages in the acclaimed C-Side spa and a personal nutritional consultation. All meals will be, as you would expect, delicious and cleansing.
