The trick with bircher muesli is to make it a couple of days in advance and store it in your fridge.

Soak any flakes or a combination (buckwheat, millet, rice, quinoa) in water overnight with some orange zest. There should be enough water so that it’s just above the grain. In the morning add any non-dairy milk of choice (soy, rice, kara), plus nuts and seeds.

Keeps for couple of days in the fridge. Serve with chopped fresh fruit or berries.
