Aromatherapy oils such as lavender, clary sage, chamomile (Roman or German) and sweet marjoram can calm and relax the mind before sleep. Experiment to discover which one works best for you, but we would recommend starting with lavender oil as this is known to be, most frequently, sucessful. Sometimes finding the best oil for you just takes a little bit of trial and error. However, once you find that magic combo, life will never be the same.

How to use?

Select your preferred aromatherapy oil and:

  • add a few drops to a nice warm bath, with the added twist of a small glassful of full fat milk;
  • add a little into a spray bottle filled with distilled water and spray over your pillow and bed sheets;
  • simply sprinkle a few drops on your pillow.
