We’re very happy that so many of our guests at our magical chateau in the South of France had such a fabulous holiday.
Thank you for a wonderful, entertaining, relaxing and rejuvenating week in France.
This was my fourth in:spa, and I will definitely be booking my fifth!
Given that it wasn’t my idea to go on an in spa holiday, I can honestly say that the whole experience has been life changing and culminated in a wonderful week away of sheer indulgence. Many thanks to my friend for booking it!
Food and service was amazing.
John was my assigned PT for the week. I learned a lot from these sessions and am now doing things very differently when I go to the gym. I am already starting to see visible results on abs and arms. I feel so much stronger already.
What an excellent team. I can’t imagine (having not been on an in:spa before) that the team could have been better. Everyone was so professional, helpful and informative.
A lovely venue and a lovely setting.
I have had many massages in my life. Many of them very good. However I can firmly say that Jo’s massage was the best I have ever had.
I expected a lot – and it all came about! The physical effects are just amazing.

In December last year, I hated exercise and coming on in:spa alone was a massive leap.
