We hosted our first ever in:spa retreat at our fabulous boutique hotel in southern Spain, in January last year. It was a great success and we are very happy to have received such positive feed back from our guests. We've done lots more since! Comments below:
A great holiday concept with a best in class team.
I was expecting to feel deprived of my coffee, bread, salt, steak and especially wine, but, Michael's food made it all seem painless. Added together with the action packed routine of hikes, bikes and crunches. Came back refreshed and shed some of the christmas waistline - great result.
The flexibility of the team was great.

Best yoga classes I have ever attended. My flexibility increased during the week after attending yoga every night, I thoroughly enjoyed it and Sophie was patient, calm and spiritual. This is the first time I have really truly enjoyed yoga - thanks to Sophie.

I had the best time ever, now I am back home I appreciate the time I spent with everyone even more. Mainly the solitude of no external interference. Thank you all so much for making my holiday so special.
