Our innovative programmes use a mixture of fitness and yoga, diet and nutrition, massage and relaxation to deliver highly successful results, and after just seven days we promise you will return home looking and feeling amazing. All our guests say so. The number of people on each retreat is strictly limited, allowing everyone to enjoy personal nutritional consultations, yoga instruction in small ‘same level’ groups, fitness training, guided hikes, regular massages and individual care and attention. The one to one focus ensures that our luxury health holidays are suitable for absolute beginners as well as the more experienced, of all ages.
Here is an example of a typical ‘classic week’ schedule. The schedule varies from property to property and changes according to the seasons and temperatures. We do stress to all our guests that in:spa is not a bootcamp and the sessions are there for you to enjoy as many as you would like to attend.
The fitness element of our programme includes guided hikes through stunning, diverse scenery and personal fitness sessions. Our trainers also offer challenging and invigorating group circuit training, boxercise, barre classes, cardiovascular and resistance training as well as jogging/running sessions, which are a great way to take in the local surroundings. We cater for all levels of fitness and focus on encouragement rather than a bootcamp approach to achieve heightened aerobic fitness, improved core stability and muscle tone, and accelerated fat burning.
Morning yoga classes are energising dynamic classes, while evening yoga classes are a restorative and relaxed end to the day. All our teachers teach the importance of correct postural alignment and incorporate breath work and meditation in their classes.

Our nutritionists combine their expertise with the creative flair of our chefs to produce the menu for your in:spa retreat. It consists of light, innovative food that makes use of the highest quality fresh local fruits, vegetables, fish, poultry and other ingredients, all organic when possible. Our chefs also hold a cooking demonstration, during which they’ll demonstrate the techniques, cooking styles and unique flavours of the favourite meals of the retreat.
The food programme offers the perfect blend of nutritious and delicious cuisine. Alongside targeted exercise, it is a formula that encourages deep cellular cleansing and rejuvenation that hundreds of our guests have enjoyed and greatly benefited from.
During each retreat, guests also have a private consultation with our nutritionist to develop a clear personal nutritional plan of action for sustained health and wellbeing.
The in:spa team recognises the importance of an integrated approach to health and believes that health and fitness programmes should always bring together mind, body and spirit. After all, it is a holiday! And we want you to return home feeling refreshed, relaxed and full of energy. This is why we incorporate two deep tissue massages into the programme for each of our guests. Our intuitive, skilled therapists soothe tired muscles and facilitate deep relaxation. Plus, it feels delightfully indulgent and wonderfully restorative.
During your retreat, whether it’s to Spain, Morocco or France, there will always be plenty of time to relax by the pool in the sunshine, have an afternoon snooze, or take a quiet walk around the gardens and grounds. So, in addition to optimising your physical wellbeing, a key aim of the holiday is to allow time for personal reflection, relaxation and the opportunity to learn more about the positive effects that a more balanced lifestyle can have on your health. Every in:spa retreat is fully inclusive, and provides a carefully planned, healthy programme carefully tailored to each guest. Once you have paid for your holiday, you don’t need to book anything, or think about money again*. Here’s what’s included on each of our retreats:
*Most of our guests do like to bring some local currency so they can take an afternoon out to go shopping or visit some of the local sights. There is a small charge for laundry and, of course, it’s up to you if you would like to tip the maids or cleaners.
**Guests can enjoy hikes at their own pace as there are always at least 3 guides. Yoga and fitness classes are tailored to individual levels too.
***Airport transfers are complimentary for returning guests, otherwise they are £15 to £22 each way.
