Step two: reservations and payment
Assuming there is availability, we would require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation, followed by the remaining payment 10 weeks prior to departure. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Alternatively you can pay by cheque or bank transfer. We will also let you know the flights we are recommending for your specific retreat.

Upon confirmation of your booking we will provide you with a retreat information pack, which will include useful contact information about the venue and a list of essentials to pack. We will also ask you to complete our health and fitness form as soon as possible before your trip.

Your booking is covered by IPP International Passenger Protection insurance, which will cover you if you are a UK resident in the case of financial failure. Upon confirmation of your booking, we will send you an IPP certificate to cover the value of the accommodation part of your holiday.
In the case of any bookings made through us which include flights booked by us, the air packages are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 6412. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the UK. Click on the ATOL logo if you want to know more.
