Step one: availability enquiry
Please check availability on your chosen retreat(s) by completing the following
enquiry form or simply telephone us on 0845 458 0723
Step two: reservations and payment
Please review our booking terms and conditions
Assuming there is availability, we would require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation, followed by the remaining payment 10 weeks prior to departure. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We will also let you know the flights we are recommending for your specific retreat and provide you with flight costs. We will then purchase your flights for you and guarantee to do so at the best possible rate. We further guarantee that we will not be making any commission on our flight bookings for you. The flight costs will be added to the cost of your 50% deposit if your booking is made more than 10 weeks prior to departure.
Upon confirmation of your booking we will provide you with a retreat information pack, which will include useful contact information about the venue and a list of essentials to pack. We will also ask you to complete our health and fitness form as soon as possible before your trip.

In order for your holiday to be protected, all bookings made through us must include flights booked by us. These packages are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 6412. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the UK. Click on the ATOL logo if you want to know more.
