yoga teacher
Jeff was first introduced to yoga whilst travelling in India in the mid ‘90’s and is passionate about sharing the mind/body/spirit benefits that he has experienced with his students. He teaches a dynamic Hatha Yoga and is popular as a teacher because of his innovative and experimental fusion of many different influences and schools. He works creatively with a variety of themes, different sequences and a range of postures to help students deepen their practice and understanding.
