One of the things that guests love about in:spa retreats is that the food is always absolutely delicious,
created by our expert chefs and nutritionists, and you most certainly don't have to starve yourself to
achieve amazing results. The trick is actually quite simple. Guests eat our gourmet cleansing cuisine
that excludes salt, wheat, dairy, sugar and red meat, and there's no caffeine or alcohol. Combined with
a mid morning and mid afternoon healthy snack, nobody gets hungry, and everyone who wants to loses
weight remarkably effectively in just 7 days. And, most importantly, learns how to keep it off.

Of course, it's not just healthy eating that enables weight loss. It's good healthy exercise too. The team
of in:spa personal trainers, hiking guides and yoga teachers ensure that everyone - whatever their age,

So, what might a day on an in:spa retreat encompass? This obviously depends on where you're staying
and you can choose from an exquisite villa in exotic Marrakech, a magical chateau in the South of
France or a charming boutique hotel in southern Spain. For this sample day, we will assume you're
in Marrakech. This day starts with a delicious, fresh, cleansing juice and yoga as the African sun rises
behind the mountains. Alternatively, if yoga every morning is not you're thing, one of the trainers will
take you out on a morning jog. By breakfast time you will be feeling supple and energised and ready
for fresh fruit, home-made muesli, herbal teas, eggs and freshly squeezed juices. An excellent kick-start
for your health and fitness plans. We then head out for a morning of hiking in the Atlas Mountains,
experiencing the exhilaration of the climb and the stunning scenery. These activities will invigorate your
body and stimulate your metabolism and are tailored to all levels of fitness so everyone can join in at
their own pace.
After a light, fresh lunch of salads, fish or chicken dishes, the afternoons are varied and, depending
on the day and your personal in:spa programme may include small group yoga instruction, personal
fitness training or nutritional consultations. In addition, a regular massage will help to relax, restore
and prepare you for the week's activities. There will also be time to soak up the sun by one of the two
swimming pools, play tennis on our clay court, or relax in the Hammam. Or, of course, time to explore
the fascinating sights and sounds of Marrakech and its ancient Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The day winds down in the fire-lit drawing room and dinners are a showcase of gourmet cleansing
cuisine. Dress is relaxed and informal.
