An in:spa wellness retreat combines three key ingredients: gourmet cleansing cuisine, exercise and
relaxation. An in:spa retreat will inspire you, energise your body, invigorate your senses, detoxify your
system, normalise your body weight and calm your mind - in essence, revive and restore a sense of total
physical and mental wellness.
Diet: the highly experienced in:spa chefs and nutritionists create the wonderful meals. The food is
plentiful and, when possible, home grown and organic. It's not about starvation - at all. In fact, you will
be amazed at how delicious and plentiful the food is - all our guests say so. If you want to lose weight,
our nutritionist will advise you on portion control. All meals are designed to cleanse your system whilst
still being appropriately nutritious and are prepared without salt, sugar, dairy, wheat, and red meat.

Group size: Each retreat has up to 20 guests so everyone feels personally looked after. Generally,
30% to 40% of guests will have been on an in:spa retreat before, and approximately 70% of guests will
be women choosing to travel alone. The in:spa team always includes an experienced host, personal
trainers, chef, nutritionist, yoga teacher, hiking guides and massage therapists - so, there's always a high
ratio of experts relative to the number of guests.
