There is a wonderful selection of indoor and outdoor yoga spaces. Guests can relax in individually decorated rooms or unwind by the secluded swimming pool or catch a movie in the private cinema. Meals are served in the gardens, on the terrace or in the restaurant and all meals are lovingly created by the experienced chefs at Shreyas using organic, home grown vegetables freshly picked from the gardens. The wonderful spa is open to our guests, with a tempting selection of Ayervedic, Thai, Balinese and Aromatherapy treatments. Destination yoga hosted its first yoga retreat to India in early 2011 and it was such a success that we immediately re-booked for another 8 night trip in early 2012, with Katrina Repka as teacher.
