For something so delicious, it’s amazing how easy these yummy oatcakes are to make.

Ingredients

  • Handful of oats
  • 1 apple
  • Cinnamon

Method

To the oats, add grated apple and a pinch of cinnamon.  Add enough water to form a stiff dough.  Take a cutter and mould into circle on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

Bake for 25 minutes at 160 degrees.
